Patients Guide

Valuables :
Please do not keep valuables or excess money with you. We advise you to ask relatives to look after your valuables and money as the hospital does not accept responsibility for loss or damage of your possession.

Food :
Complimentary food for patient is provided four times a day under the guidance of dietician. Outside food for patients is strictly not permitted and visitors/attendants are encouraged to consume food only in canteen

Phone :
Deluxe rooms are provided with intercom facility for communicating with nursing station and reception

News-papers :
Complimentary newspapers (02 regional & 01 English daily) are made available for patients/attendants at reception area.

Medicines :
outside medicines are not permitted .All medicine requirements have to be sourced from our in-house pharmacy ,open 24 hrs a day all days.

Ambulance :
Free pick up facility is provided for patients requiring admission * (conditions apply).

  • What is a mode of payment? :
    Patients can deposit the payment by cash/Demand draft / credit cards.
  • Is there a pharmacy on-site? :
    Yes, the Pharmacy is open to the public and located on the ground floor of hospital, near reception. It remain open 24 hours and 7 days
  • Do patient rooms have cable TV? :
    Yes, we offer cable TV.
  • Is my medi-claim policy accepted at your hospital? :
    Yes, we are doing medi-claim process for patient. We are on panel of all major TPA's for the cashless treatment of medi-claim patients.
  • What are the visiting hours? :
    Monday to Saturday - 4 pm to 7 pm
    Sunday - 10.30 am to 11.30 am & 4 pm to 7 pm
  • What are timings for discharge? :
    • All patients will be discharge based on the advised of treating consultant and for cash patient Timing of discharge start from 9AM to 9.00PM after clearance of final bill
    • And for Medi- Claim patients; after receiving instructions from Doctors and necessary documents send to the concern TPA company; and after receiving final approval from TPA Discharge process will start.
  • Is food from outside allowed? :
    Outside food is allowed only for relatives and attendent.
  • What is the procedure for refund? :
      Documents required for depositing refund-
    • Final Bill (original)
    • Original Receipts of all payments.
    • Refund after final approval received from TPA and if there is any deduction or copayment then such payment will be adjusted against the deposit amount.
  • What are the rules for transferring the patient to lower class or higher class? :
    For cash patient as per their requirement and availability and for cashless patient as per the eligibility.
  • How do I get summary report/Discharge Card? :
    Your discharge card or summary report will be given to you at the time of discharge after final bill clearance.
