  • Day Calculation Time ?

    Day calculation is from 12 am to 12am. For more details contact billing and reception counter.

  • What is the timing of discharge?

    Discharge time is up to 1pm, after which another day charges will be applied if delayed.

  • Is food from out side is permitted?

    The hospital has a qualified and well trained dieticians and kitchen staff to cater to all your dietary needs. No outside food is allowed in the hospital.

  • VISITING HOURS of the hospital?

    ICU- Morning: 09:00PM to 10: 00 PM and Evening: 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM

  • Can we discharge the patients on Sunday & at night?

    Discharges will be not given at night and Sunday's for cashless TPA

  • What is the procedure for refund?

    Cash patient same day Cheque issued and for TPA with in seven day of discharge.

  • Can we buy medicine and consumables from outside?

    Medicine and consumables are not permitted to buy from outside.

  • What is day care procedure means?

    Day care procedure means patient does not required to stay overnight in the hospital.
